INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 300g of shrimp (peeled)
- 🍚 1 cup of Arborio rice
- đź§€ 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
STEPS
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then lightly sauté it in olive oil and set aside.
Add Arborio rice to the pan and lightly toast it over low heat until it becomes aromatic.
Gradually add 2 cups of water or stock to the pan while stirring continuously until the rice becomes tender.
Add shrimp and Parmesan cheese, then mix well.
Lightly coat the pan with olive oil and fry the eggs into a thin sheet, then lay it over the risotto.
