STEPS
Cut the shungiku into bite-sized pieces, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix drained canned tuna, mentuyu, pepper, and mayonnaise. Add the cooked shungiku and toss to combine.
