INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- 1 bag steamed soybeans
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
- 2 slices ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 200cc water
STEPS
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.
Separate chicken wings at the joint and make cuts along the bone for faster cooking.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken wings skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and add green onion, stir-fry until coated with oil. Add soybeans, ginger, and seasonings, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 12–15 minutes until tender.
Remove the lid and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, occasionally coating the chicken with the sauce.
