INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 Daikon 1 piece (peeled, sliced into rounds)
- 🥔 Potatoes 2 (peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces)
Meat
- 🍗 Chicken drumsticks 6 pieces
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Sake 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
STEPS
Cut the daikon and potatoes into rounds or bite-sized pieces, and pre-boil them.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a pot and stir-fry lightly with a small amount of oil until they are seared.
Add soy sauce, sake, sugar, and mirin to the pot, then add the daikon and potatoes.
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, then adjust the taste.
