INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- Eggplant 2 (roughly chopped)
Meat
- Thinly sliced pork 150g
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Dashi broth 200ml
STEPS
Cut the eggplants roughly and soak them in water for about 5 minutes.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add dashi broth, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Add the pork to the pot and simmer until it's slightly cooked.
Add the eggplants and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
