INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
Protein
- 1 piece satsuma-age, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- đź’§ 150 ml water
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Slice the carrot thinly after halving it lengthwise. Thinly slice the satsuma-age.
Add all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) into a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the enoki mushrooms, carrot, and satsuma-age into the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
