INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 piece hanpen
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
- 🍄 1/2 bunch enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
STEPS
Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the komatsuna into 4 cm pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them by hand.
In a pot, combine all the seasonings (☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the komatsuna stems, enoki mushrooms, and hanpen, and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then add the komatsuna leaves, cover, and simmer on low heat for another 2 minutes until softened.
