INGREDIENTS
Wild Vegetables
- 🥬 Komatsuna 200g (trim the roots and wash)
Seasonings
- Dashi 150ml
- đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
STEPS
Cut the komatsuna greens into 4 cm lengths.
In a saucepan, combine dashi, soy sauce, and mirin, and bring to medium heat.
Once the pan comes to a boil, add the komatsuna stems first and simmer for 1 minute.
Next, add the komatsuna leaves and simmer for another minute.
Turn off the heat and let it cool to allow the flavors to soak in.
