INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1 loofah, peeled and sliced
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 100ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS

Peel the loofah and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the loofah and stir briefly to coat with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) and water. Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
