INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 head (400g) napa cabbage
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water

Cut the napa cabbage into 3cm-wide pieces and julienne the ginger.

Place napa cabbage, ginger, seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water), and mackerel (including the can liquid) into a frying pan.

Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
