    • 2 shiitake mushrooms

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • đź’§ 100ml water

Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into 2cm wide pieces. Slice the carrot thinly into half-moon shapes. Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Add Chinese cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Uncover and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
