INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 new potatoes (300g), cut into sticks
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 5cm pieces
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 100cc water
Seasoning
- to taste ground sesame
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Cut new potatoes into sticks (7-8mm thick) and soak in water to remove starch. Drain. Cut chives into 5cm pieces. Mince garlic.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, doubanjiang) in a bowl. Add pork and coat evenly.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.
Increase to medium heat, add potatoes, and stir-fry. Push potatoes to one side of the pan and add marinated pork. Cook until pork changes color.
Add water, mix, and cover the pan. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add chives, stir briefly, and turn off the heat. Sprinkle ground sesame and mix well before serving.
