Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, add minced green onion and ginger, and sautƩ until fragrant. Add minced pork and stir until the pork changes color. Then, add the diced pumpkin and stir over medium heat.

Once the oil coats the ingredients, add the seasoning mixture (sugar, sake, mirin, miso, water, and dashi powder). Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the sliced shishito peppers, remove the lid, and simmer for another 3 minutes while stirring.
