Add water and concentrated soy sauce to the pan. Mix lightly, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the daikon softens.

Remove the lid and stir-fry over medium heat to evaporate excess liquid. Add ground sesame seeds and stir briefly.
