STEPS
Boil the somen in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Rinse the boiled somen in cold water and make sure to drain it well.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, and red pepper powder to make the seasoning sauce.
Add the seasoning sauce to the somen and mix well.
