INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 8 pieces Vienna sausage
- đź§€ 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp spaghetti sauce
STEPS
Press 1/2 cup of cooked rice into a mug.
Slice Vienna sausages diagonally and place them on top of the rice.
Add 2 tbsp of store-bought spaghetti sauce over the sausages.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on top.
Place 1 egg on top, keeping the yolk intact for visual appeal.
Microwave or bake in an oven for 3 minutes until the egg is semi-cooked.
Garnish with parsley or basil and serve. Mix before eating for enhanced flavor.
