INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 410g bean sprouts
- 10cm green onion, chopped
- 1cm carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
- to taste sesame seeds
STEPS
Bring water to a boil and add 1/2 tbsp salt.
Julienne the carrot (1cm) and chop the green onion (10cm).
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse immediately in cold water and drain.
Combine bean sprouts, carrot, green onion, minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later consumption.
