INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
Marinade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS

Boil water in a pot and blanch the bell peppers for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain and cool them in water.

Slice the bell peppers into 5mm wide strips.

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Add the sliced bell peppers to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
