INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 2 handfuls pork belly slices
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/3 onion, sliced
- đź§„ 1 handful chopped green onion
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1/4 tbsp minced ginger
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cook the pork belly slices in a pan until browned.
Add chopped green onion to the pan.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, ginger, and pepper.
Slice the onion and add it to the pan.
Mix the pork, onion, and green onion well in the pan.
Once the pork is almost cooked, add the sauce and lower the heat slightly.
Stir-fry until the sauce is well absorbed and everything is cooked through.
