INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🥖 2 baguettes (25cm each)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Condiments
- 🧈 Butter, as needed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pepper, to taste
Fish
- 1 can (190g) canned saba in water
STEPS
Slice the baguettes and toast them until golden. Spread butter on the inside of each baguette.
Mince the onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Slice the tomato into rounds and tear the green leaf lettuce into pieces.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add the canned saba and pepper, then mix while breaking the saba into smaller pieces.
Layer the green leaf lettuce, tomato slices, and saba mayo mixture onto the baguette. Repeat for the second baguette.
