- š Canned mackerel (water-packed) 1 can (about 180g)

- Silken tofu 1 block (about 300g)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Grated ginger (tube) 3cm

Place the canned mackerel with its juice in a pot, add soy sauce, sugar, and grated ginger, and simmer over medium heat.
