INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍆 1/2 piece eggplant
Meat
- 🥓 1/2 strip pork belly
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Oil
- Adequate amount of canola oil
Garnish

STEPS
Slice the eggplant into thin pieces.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces.
Chop green onions and add to a pan with a small amount of canola oil.
Add the pork belly to the pan and season with a dash of pepper.
Add the sliced eggplant to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix well.
Add a single serving of cooked rice to the pan.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
