- 🍗 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
- 🥣 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 🧀 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 🍔 6 hamburger buns
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
Combine chicken and broth in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low for 3-4 hours for breasts or 4-5 hours for thighs, or on High for 1.5-2 hours for breasts or 2-2.5 hours for thighs. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Discard the cooking liquid.
Add shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and pepper to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 20 minutes or until heated through. Stir in parsley.
Divide hot chicken mixture between buns and top with shredded lettuce and additional dressing if desired.
