Slow Cooker Lentil Soup

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 1 1/2 cups dry lentils
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium celery stalks, sliced
