INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients

- 3 ¾ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine
Vegetables
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
Cheese
- 🧀 ⅔ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
STEPS
Stir together chicken broth, Arborio rice, olive oil, white wine, minced garlic, dried onion flakes, salt, and ground black pepper in a slow cooker until well combined.
Cover and cook on High until rice is tender and creamy, approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
