INGREDIENTS

- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Wet Ingredients
- 2 cups packed brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together. Beat brown sugar, butter, eggs, and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
Mix the dry mixture into the creamed wet ingredients until thick batter forms. Spread into the prepared pan.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and ginger; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Bake in preheated oven until blondies pull away from the pan edges and middle is set, about 25–30 minutes.
Cool blondies in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
Mix confectioners' sugar, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth glaze forms. Drizzle glaze over cooled blondies.
