INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise. Place skin-side down and make crosshatch cuts about 1.5cm apart and 1cm deep.
Place the chicken and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic) into a plastic bag. Massage until the liquid is absorbed.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for about 5 minutes until browned and the edges turn white. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
