INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 2 scallops with shell
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
STEPS
Wash the scallops thoroughly using a brush. Insert a knife into the gap, moving it along the upper shell to detach the scallop meat. Remove the black parts. Sprinkle with a little salt and rub to remove slime, then rinse with water and pat dry.
Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel. Separate the scallop meat from the fringe. Cut the scallop meat and fringe into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the scallops and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add soy sauce and stir quickly to combine. Serve on the shells and garnish with chopped green onions.
