INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 🧅 10cm green onion, sliced
- 1 myoga, sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
Soy Milk Sauce
- 🥛 100cc soy milk
- 3 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🐟 1 pack (4g) bonito flakes
STEPS
Slice the green onion and myoga into rings. Julienne the shiso leaves.
Mix all the soy milk sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
Boil water in a pot and cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Serve the udon noodles in a bowl, garnish with the sliced vegetables, and enjoy by dipping into the soy milk sauce.
