    • 2 heads bok choy (200g)
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot
    • 3 shiitake mushrooms
    • 1/2 bag bean sprouts

    • 200cc unsweetened soy milk
    • đź’§ 300cc water
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder

Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu with a paper towel, cut it in half lengthwise, then into thirds crosswise.

Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise. Slice the carrot into 5mm rounds. Trim the stems of shiitake mushrooms and cut them diagonally in half. Julienne the ginger.

In a pot, combine water, sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and ginger. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the vegetables and tofu, then pour in soy milk. Heat until just before boiling, then add pork slices one by one to cook through.
