- 300g rice cakes

- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🥦 1/2 broccoli
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥛 250ml heavy cream
- some sausage
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
- đź’§ 150ml water
- đź§€ some cheese powder
STEPS
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic, onion, bacon, and mushroom.
Add 150ml water and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and simmer until the ingredients absorb the flavor.
Add heavy cream and cooking wine, then stir. Add rice cakes, sausage, and pre-blanched broccoli, cooking until everything is tender.
Top with cheese powder or sliced cheese and let it melt before serving.
