INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g pork belly (cut into thick slices)
Vegetables
- 300g soybean sprouts
- 2 green chili peppers (thinly sliced)
- 1 green onion (sliced lengthwise)
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon soybean paste
- 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- đź’§ 1 cup water
STEPS
Place the pork belly in a pot and add some green onion underneath to prevent it from sticking.
Layer the soybean sprouts, green onion, and green chili peppers on top.
Mix soybean paste, red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce with water to make the seasoning and pour it into the pot.
Cover the pot and steam on medium heat for about 15–20 minutes.
Transfer the completed dish to a plate and drizzle some sesame oil on top before serving for added flavor.
