INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🌱 50g of cooked soybeans
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in a bowl with plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Slice the cucumber diagonally into thin slices, then cut into matchsticks.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, ground sesame, and pepper. Add the hijiki, cucumber, and soybeans, and toss to combine.
