INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the spam thinly.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water.
Separate the egg yolk and white. Scramble the egg white in a pan and set aside.
Pan-fry the sliced spam until golden brown on both sides. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Pour the prepared seasoning into the pan with the spam and add the chopped green onion. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Place the cooked rice and scrambled egg white in a bowl.
Top the rice with the simmered spam, egg yolk, and drizzle with sesame oil.
