INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 200g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 1 cup young radish kimchi
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Boil 2 eggs for about 9 minutes.
Cook somen noodles for 5 minutes.
Mix gochujang, sugar, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar to make the sauce.
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water to remove excess starch and enhance texture.
Combine the noodles with the sauce, add young radish kimchi, and mix well.
Top with boiled eggs and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
