INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 30g garlic chives
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 400cc water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
STEPS
Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces and slice the garlic thinly after removing its core.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant, then add ground pork and cook over medium heat until browned.
Add water, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and gochujang to the pot. Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and garlic chives to the pot and cook briefly until tender.
