INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 3 asparagus spears (60g)
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 7mm slices.
Place the bean sprouts and asparagus in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang) in a bowl, then add the cooked vegetables and toss to combine.
