- 🍗 8 chicken wings (200g)
Carbohydrate
- 50g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1 bunch chives (100g)
- đź§… 1/4 stalk green onion (white part)
Liquid
- đź’§ 200cc water
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
STEPS
Soak the glass noodles in water for 10 minutes until softened.
Mix the marinade ingredients (garlic, sake, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili bean paste, and salt) in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken wings in the prepared sauce for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken wings. Cook until lightly browned.
Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the soaked glass noodles, chives, and green onion. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy with steamed rice.
