Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- đź’§ 400 ml water
STEPS
Cut 2 large potatoes, 1/2 onion, and 1/4 green onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp red chili paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to make the seasoning.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion and potato pieces until slightly softened.
Add 400 ml water and the prepared seasoning to the wok. Bring to a boil.
Add chopped green onion and a few slices of green chili (optional) and simmer until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve the spicy braised potatoes hot as a side dish.
