- 🥔 4 medium potatoes

- 2 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tsp beef bouillon
- 1 tbsp cooking oil

STEPS
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pot.
Slice the onion and add it to the pot. The onion adds natural sweetness, so no need for sugar.
Add 1/2 cup of water to the pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of chili powder.
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon.
Stir the ingredients together using a spoon.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, sliced green onion, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat until the potatoes are tender and the flavors meld together.
