INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Oil and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- to taste chili threads
Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, slice the red bell pepper, and cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
In a bag, combine the marinade ingredients (☆), add the beef, onion, and carrot, and massage well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mixture and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
Add the chives and stir-fry briefly. Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chili threads.
