INGREDIENTS
Main
- 400g shirataki noodles
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 300ml hot water
- Kimchi to taste
- Chopped green onion to taste
- White sesame seeds to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Boil shirataki noodles for 3 minutes and drain.
Julienne the cucumber and slice the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and stir-fry pork until cooked.
Dissolve chicken stock powder in hot water and mix with seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine shirataki noodles, cucumber, pork, and sauce in the bowl.
Plate the dish and top with kimchi, green onion, and sesame seeds.
