INGREDIENTS

- 1 handful dried pollock
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź’§ 5 cups water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Prepare a handful of dried pollock.
Heat a pot and add sesame oil, minced garlic, and the white part of the green onion sliced thinly.
Add chili powder and stir-fry to create a chili oil base.
Add the prepared dried pollock and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Gradually add water in three portions, allowing the soup to boil evenly each time.
Season the soup with soy sauce.
Beat the eggs and pour them into the soup, stirring gently to avoid clumping.
Add the green part of the green onion, sliced thinly, and season with salt and pepper.
