- 3 sheets fish cake
- 2 green chili peppers
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ A pinch of black pepper
- ĺťšćžś A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A small amount of olive oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Dice the fish cake and green chili peppers. Roughly chop the garlic.
In a pan, add the prepared ingredients along with 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1.5 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Stir-fry the mixture and add 1 tbsp chili powder.
Add a small amount of chopped green onion and a pinch of black pepper, then continue stir-frying.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Serve in a bowl and mix with 0.5 tbsp sesame oil before eating.
