    • 150g all-purpose flour
    • 100g potato starch
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp allspice
    • 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
  • For Frying

    • Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
  • Topping

    • Cayenne pepper to taste
    • Chili powder to taste

Cut slits along the bone of the drumsticks and season with salt and pepper. Trim excess fat and sinew from the chicken thighs, cut into quarters, and season with salt and pepper.
