INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 500g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
STEPS
In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
Add the sliced pork shoulder to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork.
Add the sliced onion, green onion, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
