INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 4 cm daikon, grated
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp doubanjiang
STEPS
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts. Grate the daikon and lightly drain its water.
Slice the chicken thigh diagonally and marinate in a bowl with sake and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add sake, soy sauce, sugar, and doubanjiang to the pan. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl with the grated daikon and mix gently.
Plate the kaiware sprouts, top with the chicken mixture, and place the egg yolk on top. Serve immediately.
