INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐚 250g clams
- 🦐 4 shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍅 1 cup tomato sauce
- Adequate olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Staples
- 🍝 1 serving of spaghetti
- 💧 2 cups water
STEPS
Slice the onion, green chili peppers, and garlic.
Boil water with salt and olive oil, then cook the spaghetti for 6 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion slices.
Add chili powder and stir-fry briefly.
Add clams, shrimp, and rice wine to the pan.
Once the clams open, add water and bring to a boil.
Stir in tomato sauce and gochujang until well combined.
Add the spaghetti and green chili peppers, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
