INGREDIENTS
Seafood

- 🍤 4 shrimps
Meat
- 80g pork
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls cabbage
- đź§… 1 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/3 zucchini
- 2 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4-5 dashes black pepper
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
STEPS
Slice zucchini, cabbage, green onion, onion, and chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare pork, squid, and shrimp. Marinate pork with 2 tbsp cooking wine to remove odor.
Heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan, add green onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat. Optionally, add chili peppers for extra spiciness.
Add pork to the pan and stir-fry until the surface is cooked.
Add 6 tbsp red pepper powder and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add squid and shrimp, and stir-fry on high heat.
Pour 2 tbsp soy sauce along the pan edges to create a smoky flavor.
Add prepared vegetables to the pan.
Stir-fry until vegetables slightly soften, then add water to cover the ingredients.
Season with 4-5 dashes of black pepper, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and additional salt to taste.
Bring to a boil and simmer until flavors meld together.
