INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack soba noodles
Vegetables
- 50g kimchi
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Protein
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp concentrated noodle soup base
- 💧 120ml water

Rinse the soba noodles under cold running water and drain well. Arrange the noodles, cucumber, kimchi, and boiled egg in a bowl. Pour the spicy sauce over the top and serve.
